The 6-week (Nourished on Raw) program was exactly what I needed to help me restart making delicious raw meals for myself and my family. Basically looking after myself better from a nourishment point of view.The course content is amazing, the recipes are delicious and very easy to do.

The weekly videos contained really practical and valuable content and great suggestions to help you keep on track.

I also did the one to one coaching with Andrea which helped explore some of the particular areas that I was struggling with personally.

I find Andrea to be very intuitive, gentle and encouraging as a coach and it was great to know that we could discuss any questions that cropped up during the week.

Additionally the Facebook group was a great place to share thought, ideas, recipes. Andrea would also share an impromptu food prep video every week which made the recipes more accessible. And I loved sharing photos of my own meals as well as admiring others.

Highly recommend and it's also really great value for money.

I recently completed Andrea's 'Nourished on Raw' programme. I was having great difficulties with sugar cravings before I started the program, and eating far too many sugary foods. Consequently, my weight had increased. I chose Andrea because I had done some of her workshops before and always thoroughly enjoyed them. She is a terrific role model. I got so many tips from Andrea, especially during the coaching sessions. 
The coaching sessions were really excellent. They covered a multitude. I loved the clarity of the programme. The content was so well laid-out and easy to follow and the recipes are brilliant! I feel much more on top of the sugar cravings now. It was a great experience and hugely enjoyable. I was given so many practical tips to help, not just in my diet, but in other areas of my life. e.g. the visualisation technique I can use if I am fed up of cooking meat etc. for my other half. Also, the anti-fatigue mats Andrea suggested for my sore feet are just AWESOME! Thank you so much for that Andrea. I would wholeheartedly recommend this program to others. Andrea is a wonderful coach, and will do her very best to help with any issues in anyone's life.

“I approached Andrea's raw food course after having attended a kinesiology session. Lots of things had come up for me, some new, and some not so new. Gluten and grains were and are a big problem for me, and although I had had some experience with juice fasts and vegetarianism, I had difficulties sticking to these ways of life for prolonged periods. The thing that is so wonderfully attractive about the course is its simplistic methodology – we were told very early on that essentially if you have a good knife and a chopping board then you can eat raw. “I had been dabbling in raw food for some time now and had attended two of Andrea’s previous Raw Food classes which I had thoroughly enjoyed. So, when I saw the six week course advertised, I was delighted and signed up immediately.  I was not disappointed.  The classes were excellent. Andrea is a natural teacher. Her demonstrations were wonderful.  All the recipes came with handouts and very clear easy-to-follow instructions. We tasted everything Andrea made and the portions were extremely generous.  The food was delicious and I have since made some of the dishes at home and have been delighted with the results.  Apart from the recipes, the handouts each week were very useful and I found “Creating a Raw Friendly Kitchen” extremely helpful. I now enjoy Oat, Apple & Raisin porridge or the Granola Smoothie Bowl for breakfast each morning and I am set up for the day!  I am not completely raw yet but I am transitioning and using several of Andrea’s recipes regularly.  I gained a huge amount from the course and would highly recommend it.”
